We totally understand that sometimes things happen and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please let us know in advance at least 24 hours!
To be able to accommodate our appointments and give a compensation to our nail technicians, cancellations & rescheduling less than 24 hours but more than 6 hours notice will incur a 50% fee of the total service schedule. Cancellations & rescheduling less than 6 hours will a 100% fee.
If you are late "less than 15 minute", we will need to short the service that you are getting, just to respect the upcoming appointment.
If you are late more than 15 minutes we have the right to cancel your appointment and charge the 100% of the total service that you scheduled.
We reserve the right to charge 100% for the total service booked, for the NO show appointments.
The services at Nail Garden Austin have 3 days warranty (During that frame time we can fix imperfections for no additional cost. Any request after this period has cost and needs to be scheduled).
